INTERNAL VACANCY
Position: Beauty Therapist
Location: Linksfield Pharmacy
Reporting to: Retail Pharmacy Manager
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To furnish the utmost of customer service and satisfaction, always be willing and able to assist customers and accommodate their needs, as long as it is reasonable requests
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ø The suitable candidate will be responsible for the following treatments: massage, pedicure, manicure, facials, waxing and aromatherapy.
Ø Ensure that the beauty clinic delivers services and treatments to clients in line with a high standard of excellence.
Ø Ordering and control of beauty clinic stocks.
Ø Liaising with clients and managing bookings effectively.
Ø Self starter, who can run the beauty clinic, do promotions and grow the revenue.
Ø Direct handling of cash
Ø Assisting in front shop pharmacy
Ø Retailing
Ø Excellent personal presentation at all times
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
· Grade 12
· ITEC or CIDESCO certificate or equivalent qualification
· Knowledge of Environ and Gatineau products advantageous
